Steak Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Steak:
Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat.
  4. Add Cheese:
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine:
Add the cooked pasta and steak to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve:
Plate the Steak Alfredo and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy your creamy, savory dish!
