Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract (optional for stronger lemon flavor)
- Yellow food coloring (optional, for a bright lemon look)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate:
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Add Lemon Flavor:
- Quickly stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon extract if using. Mix well.
- Add a few drops of yellow food coloring if you’d like a lemony color boost.
- Set the Fudge:
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan, spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Cut and Serve:
- Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan, cut it into squares, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
